Like a detective, I dive into user interviews, analyze data, review reports, and follow the clues carefully.
Each insight becomes a piece of the puzzle, and my mental “detective map” guides me to uncover the true problem.
This phase is where hidden needs surface, opportunities are discovered, and the foundation for design is laid. By understanding the problem deeply, I ensure that every next step is purposeful and grounded in real evidence.
Map It, Define the experience.
With the problem clearly identified, I turn insights into structure. I design user flows, create wireframes, plan testing sessions, visualize interactions, and present everything clearly to the team.
Organizing information, setting priorities, and mapping the user experience ensures that the solution is actionable. This phase aligns strategy and design thinking, helping the team see exactly what needs to be built for the best UX.
Make It, Craft the product.
At this stage, I take the structured plan and wave my “magic pen.” Using creativity and the foundation of solid insights, I craft interfaces that are both visually compelling and fully functional.
I translate concepts into polished UI components and interactive prototypes, ensuring that every detail serves the user. The result is a seamless UX that feels natural, intuitive, and delightful—where creativity and accuracy meet perfectly.
